Stage Notes Rules and Parental information These rules are intended to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all children attending the workshops. All members should have respect for themselves, other members, the tutors, professional artists, volunteers and the property around them. Rehearsal Wear and behaviour • No jeans allowed or tight trousers. Stage Notes polo shirts are to be worn with loose fitting trousers at all sessions. • Jazz/dance shoes or black pumps are to be worn at all workshop sessions. • If the correct clothes are not worn, the member will be excluded from all activities during that workshop. • No chewing or eating during workshop sessions. • Jewellery or watches must not be worn during workshop sessions. • Members are not permitted to leave the room without permission. • Violence and or bullying will not be tolerated. • Disruptive behaviour will result in sitting out of an activity. • Mobile phones must be turned off during workshop sessions. • If you miss three consecutive meetings you will be automatically excluded from the workshops. • It is a good idea for each member to bring a drink. Water is recommended. • Stage Notes does not hold any responsibility for members’ personal belongings Premises • The Craig Y Don Sports and Community Centre will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshops. Stagenotes is only responsible for the children during the session times. • All members must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian when being dropped off and collected. • All rooms should be kept tidy and litter free.
